Check out the incredible video of Green Square taken by our very talented friend Matt at Showcase Real Estate Photography! It is amazing just how strong an impact the video has in comparison to seeing photos. It especially emphasizes the gorgeous modern design of the Green Square units, the great outdoor living space of the deck area and the amenities that are easily accessible in the desirable Lower Mission neighborhood.

As any local can attest, one of the reasons we all love living in Kelowna is the gorgeous summer weather and the enjoyment we get from partaking in the Okanagan lifestyle. Many of us take pleasure in the balmy weather by spending time by the Lake at the beach. At Green Square the warm sands and cerulean waters are a leisurely walk from your front door. As Kelowna’s population swells with seasonal tourists and traffic and parking are at a premium the ability to walk to the beach is an incredible benefit you will thoroughly enjoy from your location at Green Square.

In other news we would like to extend a warm welcome to our new Sales Manager Andrea Kelly who joins our team from Vancouver. A licensed real estate agent, Andrea’s enthusiasm (she just has a little bit of energy) and her dedication to her customer’s satisfaction makes her the perfect fit for Green Square and we are thrilled to welcome her aboard.

Despite the dreary cold climate of February, the real estate market has been exceptionally hot! The markets around Kelowna (Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton and Saskatoon) are exploding and we are feeling those effects locally. With the amazing vitality of our new Sales Manager combined with the current conditions of the present real estate market- we are expecting a busy Spring at Green Square!

Finally, part of our mission at Green Square is to be sustainable and environmentally friendly. We like to think of sustainability not only in ecological terms but also equate it with buying locally and using independent businesses. Using products and suppliers from our community, not only fosters the local economy it also works to reduce our carbon foot print as we ensure to make the most responsible decisions possible. beer

Happy Saint Patrick’s Day! Next Monday is Saint Patrick’s Day and why not celebrate with a pint of green beer (and by coming to visit Green Square of course!).
