Q1 Construction Update

Our team is beaming with excitement for 2022! Not only is it a brand new year, but 2022 is also the year our construction is scheduled to complete for phase 10 – the LAST phase at Green Square Vert! This is a major milestone for our project and our buyers, who are eagerly awaiting the moment we hand over the keys to their beautiful new homes. 

Now, in order to get to that final joyous occasion, an abundance of work must take place on the construction side of things. Through navigating challenging times, we are happy to report construction is moving along smoothly. The overall project construction is now approximately 15% complete. 

TO DATE

We reached the construction milestone of completing the parkade which involved major concrete pours, installation of weeping tile, dampproofing, and waterproofing. Following that were rough-ins for mechanical, electrical, and sprinklers in the parkade. Recently the lower portion of our townhomes, the upper level of Building B townhomes, and the first level of Building B were framed out. Prefabricated walls for the first three floors of Building B are on-site and our crews will continue to focus on framing. 

NEXT UP

Next quarter we will continue to see a major transformation with vertical construction. The remaining prefabricated walls for floors three to penthouse levels will be installed along with trusses and floors. Building B will take shape with the addition of windows, exterior doors, and the start of installing exterior materials.
